Overview
A performance-led feature built inside a working rehearsal room, shot across the full arc of a production from first read-through to opening night.
The project was designed from the outset as cinema rather than documentation: camera positions were blocked alongside the staging, and the edit follows the company rather than the text.
Creative approach
- Camera blocking developed jointly with the director of the stage production.
- A small, fixed crew embedded for the whole rehearsal period to protect the room.
- Immersive sound capture in rehearsal, remixed for cinema and streaming delivery.
